If you think your morning coffee is life changing, wait until you try a life coach.
A life coach is a support system for someone who might need a little extra help or motivation to identify or reach their next goal. By building a safe space to provide curiosity, validation and understanding, coaches help clients maximize their own potential to make life’s big decisions.

FAQs
What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?
A therapist is a licensed professional who focuses on issues stemming from a person’s past. A life coach focuses on the present and future, working with people actively striving to reach a certain goal or change a part of their life.
Why do people go to a life coach?
Often times people find they need someone to talk through to work out the thoughts in their own head and take actionable steps forward. The practice of coaching is a proven tactic to help guide people to self discovery and achieve goals through their own personal growth. Finding confidence in ones own self and decision making is the bedrock for all change.
How long does it take to see results?
Like all good things in life, it takes time! Depending on the goals and ground work of the client, people can see results within the first couple of sessions. To create a mindset for long-term change it is recommended to continue sessions for at least 6 months.
Are life coaching sessions covered by insurance?
No, it is unlikely your sessions will be covered by insurance as it is not typically considered medically necessary.
